Weddings are always from Friday to Sunday, so I reserve three days. On Friday, you usually take over the entire house and begin preparations for the wedding. The ceremony and reception are usually on Saturday. On Sunday at 2 p.m., the guests leave.
Our weddings last from Friday to Sunday (3 days) and renting the entire venue costs an average of CZK 35,000 per day. The price includes two cleanings (before and after), electricity, and water. With 80-130 guests, this works out to between CZK 269 and CZK 437 per person.
It is interesting that, according to our research, we can offer wedding guests rooms of a higher standard, a larger two-story hall (2×170 m²), a better location, a nicer Baroque-style house (completely renovated), and two limousines, all for 30,000-100,000 CZK less than our competitors charge.
We put the building together ourselves, with our own hands, so we didn’t have to pay expensive companies, which means we don’t have to charge our customers exorbitant prices. At the same time, we value our time and would like to use the money we earn from weddings to continue developing and maintaining the venue for future generations, so that one day your children might have their wedding here too.
A castle has its own specific characteristics compared to a guesthouse or hotel.
The main difference is the atmosphere and the photos. In a guesthouse or hotel without history, where you are often charged extra for alcohol and food, you will never achieve such an atmosphere. Castles have stories that resonate with people, Baroque buildings are architectural gems and will enhance your photos, which will adorn your album and which you will show to your friends.

Frequently asked questions
What do I get for CZK 105,000?
The price includes the entire resort for 3 days just for you and your guests. The price includes electricity, water, plates, toiletries, indoor and outdoor furniture, and cleaning of the entire floor area of over 1000 m² and the 3500 m² garden.
How many people can you accommodate?
The price includes 9 rooms in the house and 6 rooms in the stable, with a total capacity of up to 27 adults. We deal with children individually; extra beds and cots can be provided, or older children can all sleep in one hall.
What is the schedule?
Prepare for the wedding on Friday; you can arrive at noon, or earlier if necessary, provided that no other event is ending. Enjoy the wedding on Saturday, and pack up calmly on Sunday; you can leave by 3:00 p.m.
What about catering? Can we have our own cake, food, and drinks?
Yes, you can. We also have a kitchen available, which is included in the rental price, where you can prepare food or, more often than not, just serve food you have brought with you.
How much will we save if we bring our own food and drinks?
It usually costs CZK 1,000 or more per person, so places where you can bring your own food and drinks (catering) are definitely more cost-effective. There is a difference between pouring your own alcohol and paying CZK 70 for each shot. At a wedding with 100 guests, you can easily save CZK 70,000 and reduce the cost of food and drink from CZK 100,000 to just CZK 30,000.
What about the staff?
The price of accommodation includes one coordinator who handles operational matters and is in charge of the staff. Staff costs are variable, depending mainly on the number of people and the service you require. The price per person is CZK 250/hour. Everything is always agreed in advance. If you want a complete turnkey wedding, including food and drink, there is no charge for staff.
How is the nighttime peace and quiet where you live?
Choroušky is a very quiet village with only 12 permanent residents. The stables are located on the opposite side of the village from the houses, so music can be played here until the early hours of the morning.
Are limousines and Jaguars included in the price?
They are not included in the price, but it is still cheaper than ordering these cars through an agency, because with us you do not pay for the arrival of these cars, as they are parked at the resort. Prices vary depending on use. For example, a two-hour photo shoot at the house without a driver is cheaper than if the driver takes eight people to Prague twice. However, our prices are very reasonable and we have a varied fleet of vehicles, with the bride and bridesmaids usually choosing a limousine and the groom and his friends having their photos taken with Jaguars and hats.
Can you also organize a complete turnkey wedding?
We can arrange catering and a complete menu, including alcohol. We recommend choosing a photographer, DJ, or live band according to your taste and contacting them well in advance. Alternatively, we can make recommendations.
